Well,Everybody have doubt regarding their career Like-

How to start my career in Safety?

Which course offer me good salary package?

What is the minimum eligibility of course?

Every individual have some doubts whether he is fresher or and experienced.

I myself was in doubt in 3 years of professional  experience in Safety Engineering.
But after several mentor guidance and searches from Internet I found I am in right direction.

How to start my career in Safety?

First you need to do self query that ' Do I want to make my career in Safety actually'

If yes then their is no limits of safety courses and jobs in the Industry.

but as the trend is going Companies are hiring Technical Graduates with Safety course like Industrial safety,Nebosh etc.

So Technical students must not feel any doubt to start their career in Safety Field.

Technical Candidates-

(I)Who are having the background qualification in core field like-

Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil or any other core fields .

(II)Whether it is Diploma / B.E / B.Tech or else any B.S.c Qualifications like-

B.S.c Chemistry, Physics ,Maths etc.

The technical candidates shall start their career in safety by doing any of the National govt approved safety courses.

If possible by doing the NEBOSH IGC course also.

I know Many of you must have question like-
I am a Non Technical Candidate, Shall I start my career in Safety?

(I)If you are a fresher with out any technical background , then do not start.

 Better try to focus on your own core studies first.

(II)Experienced candidates who are already working in Safety Field , they shall continue their career and if possible they shall pursue NEBOSH Course for their better knowledge and future.

(III).If you started your career in safety there are lots of chances to shortlist your resume in the preliminary interview itself .

(IV)Remember , If you are having the contacts or referrer to get a job for you , you shall start .

Now one questions arises,
Why the companies prefers technical candidates

They can easily adjust to the technical environments.

They can apply their technical Knowledge in safety issues ,that will provide more benefits to the companies.

Example: An Mechanical engineer shall easily understand the machine and their parts so they easily find the safety issues in mechanical machinery.

Which Safety Course Will offer me a Job easily-

This is very true that by just after course you will not get job offer 100% but you get

Chance to Perform in the competitive field.

Maintain you for minimum Eligiblity to start your career as safety professional.

How can i get a job after completing my course?

(I)First you should ask all questions to your teacher or mentor who had guided others candidates like you in the field of Safety Professionals.

(II)Understand the concepts and syllabus  rather than simply focusing on the certificate .It will help you during the interviews .

(III).The companies are searching for the candidates who are master in their field . 

 So lets learn more and create a demand for your self.

(IV)Don’t run behind the job, Enhance yourself for knowledge and interview cracking skills and get a job without searching for it.

(V) Last but not the least, make registration of yourself in leading job portals by filling your educational,professional,skills and past experience details.

What will be my salary after completion of Safety course?

Every one wants to earn more but every companies are looking for a high potential persons to invest their money behalf of .

Don't expect any salary from the company,whatever salary they are offering is good enough because they are offering you a platform to perform well.After your good performance you will automatically get the good salary.
Remember don't run behind money,instead run behind your work so that money will follows you then.

The salary differs from company to company and the size of project.
you must be seeing many peoples that they are making very good salary by performing well.
On my site one of my senior told me that he and his colleagues was joined as a Safety Officers but he is Manager now and others are officer yet, so its all about your performance.

If you are seeking for a good salary , lets start your career with right mentors & learn more, and possibly create a unique personality and negotiate the salary .

The  truth is that if you are having the extra knowledge and performing ability from your competitor , the company will hire you with the highest salary  even more than what you expects from them.

So, finally I can conclude as-

(I) Listen to everybody but follow nobody just do which you think is best for you after analysing yourself are you really interested for or not.

(II)Seek a advice from experts and experienced person before start your career in any field .

(III)Do not do a course simply to get a job, courses will never offer you a job .

(IV).Learn more and knowledge more to be a master . Create a demand for yourself to get your passionate job.

In safety You have various career opportunity like Assistant safety supervisor, Safety Supervisor,Assistant Safety Officer,Safety Officer,Safety Engineer, Assistant safety manager,Safety Manager,Assistant general manager,Deputy General manager,Safety General manager  etc.
